Complaints Policy

Our Commitment

NoorQuran is committed to resolving complaints fairly and promptly. We take every concern seriously.

How to Complain

Email complaints@thenoorquran.com with details of your concern. Include your name, student name, scholar name (if applicable), and a description of the issue.

Process

We acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours. We investigate and provide an initial response within 5 working days. Complex cases may take up to 15 working days, and we will keep you updated on progress.

Escalation

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate to our Board of Directors by emailing board@thenoorquran.com. Safeguarding concerns can be reported to local authorities at any time.
