The Service
NoorQuran Ltd provides an online platform connecting learners with verified Islamic scholars for one-to-one live lessons. We are not a direct employer of scholars; we are a marketplace and platform service. By using NoorQuran, you agree to these terms.
Free Trial
Your first session with a new scholar is free and carries no payment obligation. A trial is 30 minutes. If you do not wish to continue after the trial, simply do not choose a plan. No charge is made until you explicitly confirm enrolment on a paid plan.
Subscription & Billing
Plans are billed monthly. Your first charge occurs after your first full week of lessons. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellation prevents the next monthly charge and does not incur a penalty. No refunds are given for partial months already started.
Observation & Recording
Parents can observe any session live without notice. On-demand recording is available via the parent dashboard (14-day retention). NoorQuran may enable audit recording for safeguarding (12-month retention) and quality (30-day retention) purposes. By booking a session, you consent to this observation and recording policy.
Scholar Conduct
All scholars are independently verified by NoorQuran. They are not employees of NoorQuran. NoorQuran holds scholars to its code of conduct, safeguarding policy, and quality standards. Violations are investigated and may result in immediate suspension.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to record, redistribute, or resell session content. You agree not to engage in any behaviour that NoorQuran's safeguarding or conduct policies prohibit. NoorQuran reserves the right to terminate access for serious breaches without refund.
Rematch Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your matched scholar, you may request a free rematch. NoorQuran will arrange a new trial within 24 hours. There is no limit on the number of rematches, though NoorQuran reserves the right to review repeated patterns.
