- In-portal messages: If you have a NoorQuran account, message us from your portal. Replies land in the same place.
- WhatsApp via Fatima: Once you sign up, you can message Fatima — our parent and community lead. She replies within hours and remembers every family she speaks to.
What we typically help with
- Choosing the right programme or scholar for your child
- Switching scholars if a fit isn’t quite right
- Billing questions, refunds, scholarship enquiries
- Technical issues with Jitsi, the portal, or class joining
- Concerns about a scholar’s conduct (every concern is taken seriously)
- Scholar applications and onboarding questions
Safeguarding concerns
If you have a child safeguarding concern, please email contact@thenoorquran.com with “SAFEGUARDING” in the subject line. We respond to safeguarding emails within an hour during UK hours and within 4 hours overnight.
Office hours
Monday–Friday 9am–6pm UK time. Saturday 10am–2pm UK time. Outside these hours, urgent emails (safeguarding, technical issues blocking a class) are still monitored.
